1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Jetblast, sorry to hear it, good luck

I was on BA yesterday all day, and the serice sucked, I am guessing that people heard about the cuts before they got on the plane and were distracted.

btw, flew long haul on Air France a couple of weeks ago, and the service was 10 times better than BA, the plane sucked, but the service made up for it.

Thanks to all. I hate to say that hearing something like that puts customer service down a few spots on the priority list....

Take money out of petty cash and use it to buy a space heater. Also, no AC in summer is one thing, but what do your customers think of no heat in the winter. I wonder what the legal implications of that are.

we have a few, but considering the size of the store they dont do much, especially when i am up and with customers not near the heater.

the customers all comment on the temperature, and we just say lower costs keeps merchandise prices lower, they seem to buy it. but some do walk right right out on really hot or cold day with a disgusted look on their face.

i really wonder if it breaks OSHA laws or something, id love to report it anonymously.

    yes it is

    see above

In England , there is no maximum for obvious reasons..

The law doesn't stipulate a minimum but the norm/benchmark accepted by a court is 16 degrees celsius in an office and `3 if manual work is required..

I hope you're wearing your new Rick Owens jacket. This way, if he throws his shit at you, at least it won't ruin your clothes.
