1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I did that when I moved into my place. I ended up having to ask my neighbor to allow me passage through her apartment, out the window, into the fire escape area and into my window (luckily it was unlocked).

    Congrats on your new place.

Thanks. The place next door is under renovations, so they had scaffolding set up about 6 feet from my window on the 3rd floor. I considered climbing it and punching the window screen out because I left it open, but I decided I could have killed myself. I think I also got taken by the locksmith. He said he was going to try to pick it, and that it would cost 1$50, and if that didn't work he would drill it for $250. So he tried to pick it, but I'm guessing he probably failed to pick it on purpose so he could drill it for an extra $100. Drilling it literally took 15 seconds. I should have told him no drills whatsoever, and he probably would have magically found a way to pick it and that would have saved me $100.

Fuck me. New Yorkers are outsmarting me.

dammit. Another accounting exam, and this time I am genuinely worried about the outcome. I thought I understood the material well enough two weeks ago, but I missed class last week and now, the more I look at it the stupider I feel. So I'm going to stop reading now.

I've written two accounting exams in the last two weeks. They're a real bitch. What accounting is it?

Consolidation reporting between subsidiary and parent. It doesn't help that there are three methods.

The only saving grace in all of this is that I suspect this will be a multiple choice exam which means I have process of elimination on my side.

Restoration Period Mid-Term tmro. I love being an english major but that time period blows immensely, and I have no idea what my teacher's grading style is at this point. Motivation to study is also fairly low.

There's videos on youtube demonstrating the how to of lockpicking.

It's not really that difficult for most locks.

    Just sayin'.

God damn it. Just to compound my current misery, I found out that I've got an antibiotic resistant bacteria floating around my body. When it rains it pours.

This Baltimore game is killing me. All I need is Ray Rice to get 5 pts and I win my fantasy football matchup, and all the dude has done is fumble.
