Learning to pair songs in a musical library like pairing flavors in a recipe to strengthen the force of an emotional memory complex.

you have to become the DJ of your own mind

If you experience symptoms of physical ailment it is almost always coupled with some sort of a psychological/emotional blockage which you have to get at in order to free up the energy to clear the physical expression of that blockage. You can usually locate the block if you are good at hypnotizing yourself and remaining aware in a semi-conscious state just prior to sleep, watching what contents bubble up in your mind. This is what psychedelics help with but just much more intensely and acutely, like psychic time travel, though you don't really need them and can activate the same neural pathways in your brain as long as you're not completely marsupialed you can figure it out on your own. Sleep deprivation brings stuff up, fasting, prolonged periods of stress/exercise, etc. the point is you have to actually work with what you see in those states like being handed blobs of putty and learning to form it into a coherent shape.

Actually just stop watching the news and talking to other people for a little bit and most of the problems you think you have will clear up usually within 36 hours.

You have to keep seasoning until your body has this weird involuntary spasm the second you taste the food, and you might even let out a groan at the same time. It’s fun trying to achieve that.

Flower petals also.

I love talking to myself on here. I'm just writing all the thoughts that I usually keep in my head. Its like an online journal...oh my god, so much fun!

Is anyone reading this? It doesn't matter. I love you.

The food must taste good in a sober state, a slightly inebriated state, a conscious state, a semi-conscious state, a state of mental fatigue, an excited state, and a state of physical exhaustion. The taste must appeal to all of these states.

I can't help but see people like I see a sea of produce.

"This is a healthy looking artichoke"

"What lovely radishes"

"That is a beautiful fish"

"That fish sat too long and is probably sour"

"This mushroom has a lovely shape but needs a bit of cleaning"

"That strawberry smells so nice but I might get in trouble with law enforcement if I try to eat it"

Etc.

I am learning to first assess the cost-benefits of making hilarious jokes to people who don't share my same bright sense of humor.

In reality there is no such thing as the subconscious mind. That is actually a conspiracy peddled by the American psycho-pharmaceutical industrial complex to sell you Kellogg’s cereal products and SSRIs. The sun is always shining somewhere on earth.

Once upon time there was light in my life, but now there’s only love in the dark. Nothing I can say. A total eclipse of the heart.
