I've been waiting for this thread. Brian, killer suit. I'm definitely sold on Thick As Thieves now.

GS, do you think the silhouette would still look all right if I asked for an extra inch of jacket length? And not to jump on the ridiculous requests bandwagon (no pun intended), but could you have a jacket lined in a customer-supplied fabric -- if, say, I mailed the fabric to you?

Also, for the 3 roll 2 / sack suit will the pants be cut fuller, or is there an option to have the pants cut fuller?

yea totally. I'm making a few suits right now that have requested adding a couple inches longer. It won't affect the silhouette at all to do so.

and yes, if you supply a fabric I can get it used for the lining.

right now I'm using the same default trouser for all my suit versions. But if you mean fuller as in a wider leg, that's easily adjustable.

I'm completely sold on TaT, especially that legs can be widened. I like slim legs, but I hate the "big feet" look. What is the average turn-around time?

Absolutely awesome. I think i might stop scouting ebay for canalis/cornelianis and just get enough money together for one of these. That fabric in a 2 button would be spot on.

Wow, that's pretty much what I was looking for, inckuding the color (see the future purchase thread or whatever it's called). I'll be ordering soon, probably march.

This is making it awefully hard to refrain from whipping out my wallet. Hmmm...maybe this will make for a nice gift to myself for my birthday.

Well done, Brian and GS.

It took me about 2.5 weeks for the MTM program, from the first PM to the shipment.

Tapered legs and dress shoes can definitely catalyze the "big feet" look. I have to admit, I am a proponent of the look myself.
