I see a lot of people say the fabric descriptions are inaccurate, but I would like some light jackets, seriously no one has tried this brand?

It is not a department-store brand in Korea. Generally these clothes in Korea is called '보세 옷'(bo-se clothings) which are only sold on internet stores. Qualities are regarded as inexpensive, weird fits and generally falling apart quite fast.

Looks like the same cheapo dreck I see in the fashion markets here. They often call it Korean styles. NOT made in Korea though.

Yes the workmanship and materials used for these garments is often extremely poor. It's falling apart within weeks. It gives the school and college students something to spend their pocket money on and keeps them happy. It's certainly more interesting than baseball caps, hoodies and track bottoms though.
