haha you saw that too.

I love that show. It was definitely within Harris's character to throw that word around. I esp liked his little speech on how you shouldnt wear a suit to a funeral because suits are meant to be worn to embrace life in.

So what words or phrases will be next? Artisan, full canvass, beveled waist, Goodyear welt, 3 rolled to 2, Northampton, aportnoy....?

Too bad 'Frasier' is off the air. The Crane boys would have been good for some obscure sartorial references. Does anyone remember them ever discussing the finer points of men's clothing at any point?

Yes, but only in short, intense bursts.

(Fraiser talking to a friend on the phone) Oh oh NEVER the french cuffs with a button down collar.
(Niles) Well, I didn't want to spill the wine on his wonderful cashmere tuxedo
(Fraiser) That tuxedo is a blend and you know it!

Not exact but, you get the point.

I'm not a big fan of the show but I do love Harris' character. A few weeks ago he was crying happily because all his life was clothes, women and drinking (after an early 90s stint as a hippy). Hard not to love him

Has the fact that, in real life, Harris has come out of the closet affected how you accept his portrayal of Barney?
