Don't assume I'm hating on big pants. About half of the trousers I own are 'wide' fitting, I'm just saying if you're going to wear wide pants it generally pairs best with a wide top half too for the sake of the overall silhouette (from a purely aesthetic point of view, a reverse triangle silhouette isn't desirable).@chhase silhouette is perfect. Big pant hate is so strong. CM bros can’t accept that their whole world view could be wrong. Keep on ??
I’m enjoying the more laid back vibe that’s settled over this thread like a fine mist these past few years. I like that a mild, possibly facetious comment is cause for concern. When I joined, people were vicious. We lost many to anger, more to hurt feelings, and most were torn to shreds in the crosswind. Those who persevered emerged from the cauldron a better dresser, though at some personal cost. There was no yelling at clouds — we were the clouds.
Not trying to be a grouch just making a joke! You went about it the right way.Don't assume I'm hating on big pants. I'll also just point out, I asked first if it was ok to offer a critique, and waited for confirmation before offering my thoughts. There's no need to be a grouch
The silhouette of the second fit with the looser fatigues looks really good. I'm assuming you're a pretty tall dude? I think the somewhat looser pant silhouette works well for you and feels well-balanced.
The raw hem is really working well here.
