bro you look really healthy whatever rotation you're on or whatever you've figured out keep doing it

I'm just counting cals for maintenance total and eating 140g prot a day. I workout 3 days a week lifting 45-55 min session. And I take walks. I'm just lean after cutting for a while. I still eat a lot of sweets which is bad should try to eat more fruits and veggies but not enough self control

These two were taken and edited by my brother while we were up opening up in Georgian Bay. My grandparents left behind all sorts of cool things, including 2 Armour Lux shirts, and about 6 straw hats from the 50's and 60's. I totally get that they aren't everyone's bag, but I love them and they're wonderful to wear up there!
