Hey everyone - long time (five years) no post! How's everyone's cabin fever doing?

Well, I'm still enjoying the fashions and spending too much money on the things.

Being stuck indoors sure isn't the most fun of times - I thought I'd start posting again!

Here is a recent pic taken during a trip to Portlandia

I’ve never posted here, though I sometimes check out yalls outfits. I figure it’s worth it to up my casual game, so criticism welcomed (oh, and sorry, other than my wife taking photos, this about as good as it gets, for now):

I have no idea what your budget is but if you look a few posts up at what Shouts out for my Bo and Leisure Wear are wearing, that could be a good direction. Happily for you a looser, less structured fit is in right now. I have those Orslow New Yorker pants, (elastic waist, tie, but tapered so they don't look like clown pants) really comfortable if a bit costly at retail. But I'm sure Uniqlo has a cheaper version. You could pair that with basically any top from Engineered Garments -- the last few season have been on the looser side, for balance. You could still get a skate/surf vibe (Daiki Suzuki, the EG founder, is a surfer and he basically wears jeans/fatigue pants and T shirts most of the time.

You should also look at fatigue pants -- Stan Ray makes a lower budget version of luxe ones from Orslow or EG.

Overall, what I'd say is look for better fabrics/fit/construction. No need to change your look too much. Have a look at the Engineered Garments threads here for inspiration and maybe try to find some second hand.

Awesome - looks really good. Is that horse? Still my fav. leathers. Looks better on you than me with my goofy orthopedic-looking shoes

Yup, horse! You're wearing the sheepskin Ad 01 right? It was better the 01 and 02
