    @Parker really does have excellent hair. He has also eaten chicken sashimi. True story. Five of us once had a "Let us not die together, but triumph together" moment. It was like drinking the koolaid and hoping that we wouldn't die. It didn't taste like that much, really. Mostly fear and soy.

    isn't it relatively safer to eat undercooked chicken and pork these days because farming practices are a lot more hygienic now? well...technically, at least.

    ^ Pork, yes. Chicken, no. As far as I know, current pork processing practices kill trichinosis before the pork makes it to the market; on the other hand, there's no real getting rid of salmonella in chickens.

    mass production ruins everything. I only eat artisanal chickens.

    no but seriously I think chickens that actually run around all day are/taste better.

    organic chicken is like CCP, everyone says it's better, and it probably is, but the people who eat it never mention how much more expensive it is than regular chicken. So it's like this game the cool kids play that makes poorer/less cool kids feel bad about themselves.
