Ugh, there was a guy in the Epaulet thread wearing a quarter-zip sweater. There seems to be an unspoken "no critiques" rule going on there (unless you're saying "looks good!" or "great pickup!" or something just shy of uncle / nephew territory), but it struck a sour note an otherwise decent fit.

I actually kind of like the way quarter zips and polos work on my frame. Button mock-necks and short sleeve button downs are only an OK subsitute

It's a bit much, particularly on the left cuff. I had the sleeve length altered when I was using a different shirtmaker with a different pattern. I need to take it back to the tailor for a readjustment.
