1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

    Damn that JJvE knit

I would wear it open, maybe even as a cape by the way it drapes.

@gettoasty I generally wear it without the sleeves, just pull it on my shoulders when lounging. A blanket with sleeves that lives draped on my couch.

@WBaker Dat drape! Would love to see that cardigan paired with looser trousers ala CDG or something.

X-post from the classic menswear side.

Most of you guys who are familiar with my style know that I take most of my cues from the 1930s-1940s. Well this time I went a bit more casual, which really started in the 1940s-1950s! Here's my go, inspired by high school/collegiate style.

1960's wool varsity jacket, 1940's sport shirt, BR sweater, Polo RL trousers!

You can see more details, as well as some of my colleagues' own vintage casual style on my blog!
