Thanks. What would you wear with it? I'm sure there's a million outer options but I typically keep reaching for chambray or flannels.

yeah I didn t come up with any new smart idea either, I was just thinking of a flannel lumberjack shirt as well, so still in the same vein of what you were wearing. Its really the pink and grey plaid pattern that I find incongruent with the jacket. A more 'typical' (red maybe??) plaid would work just fine I think. Also maybe the pants are too close in colour to the jacket ? (difficult to say with the pic) Maybe chinos or cargos could look cool too.
So that is still a prototype ?

Colder than stitches apparently, who rolled up his sleeves today about 30 miles north of me.

Side note, I started driving to work recently (vs taking public transit) and suddenly 1/2 my outerwear feels obsolete. :(

Oh its plenty cold here too. I just enjoy the cold, so I dont always wear as much outerwear as a normal person would.

Why does driving make your outerwear obsolete? You still have to walk to and from your car right?

Also, if you smoke, outerwear is never obsolete. But I have not had a smoke in 2 weeks. I miss it so bad.

*puts on coat* *walks 15 steps to car* *takes off coat to drive bc commute is 45 mins and car will warm up* *gets out of car in garage* *carries coat to office* etc. etc.

I still like/need/want coats but there's just less practical sense in heavy winter stuff for me now that I don't walk a mile outside and wait on a train platform.
