1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Kg - for the MC crowd, when you say monochrome, will that include the shirt?

Like errthang solid the same color? Cuz that might be a trainwreck, outside of shades of blue.

Just consider a white shirt the brightest shade of whatever color the rest of the outfit is :)

I think an interesting exercise would be to wear all the same fabric (footwear excluded unless you're a leather daddy like reedo or you own canvas/rubber clothes or have weird footwear) or conversely all different fabrics (blends are cheating!) which in the past ruffled some mc feathers.

Either that or a mexican pointy boot challenge

Those Helmut Lang pants are amazing.

Was speaking recently to someone that was involved in UK retail in the late 70s and 80s and funnily enough he got onto talking about French Connection. Different kind of brand then, apparently.

Met up with Who tonight, closest thing to Chicago SF Meet-Up. (Without Oski, colabear, etc...)

Yeah there awesome, there's a pair of black ones on eBay and I think either same color a beige on supermarket, same size I think 34, they're lined as well with a soft cotton I think. Thick moleskin and crazy comfortable.

Met this really cool dude tonight. Had a good time getting some coffee and talking about Murakami.

edit: to be honest the Murakami discussion was about 30-seconds long. But we did talk about brad and Beyblades for a while though. :D

    Great meet up pics!

Ill be in chi town next week. Would be cool to maybe meet some of you while im there.

    --

Zapa - wool pants, cashmere jacket, cotton shirt, silk tie, leather shoes. Boom.

All same fabric would be hard in the winter for MC. Cotton or linen in summer would be cool.

I should know my work schedule soon; I'll send you a message as soon as I get it!

Haha yeah that's him. I just forgot to write his name. Lad Musician clothes are really, really cool in person btw. Very understated but very, very nice.
