I can probably DL your body weight plus a little more, but lift heavy? Not really.

My 3 lifts only amount to under ~500lb at the moment.

245lb is not unreasonable is it? I find DL simpler to perform vs the bench and squat

I just cannot hold weight above me. Must be my traps/shoulders

yea pretty much. high armholes, boxy and loose. my kinda jacket.

i literally only have 1 pec so i can probably bench 2-3 cats/small dogs in one hand and 3-4 in the other.
