There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    thanks guys!

slstr-- here's a bad stock pic for now-- http://www.yoox.com/us/39283951VR/item?dept=#sts=orders80-- but i'll probably incorporate it in another fit soon if the weather stays cool. i picked it up on deep discount as a throw-in on a yoox order, and it became my go-to lounge sweater this winter. nice when that happens.

3pw-- i think the benenato jacket has potential, but it doesn't quite seem to be working for you in that pic. how does it look worn open? the ann d pants you're wearing are an odd length given their width at the leg opening. you might also think of trying it with a pair of pants-- maybe black or dark blue-- whose texture is rougher and so a better match for the jacket.

istasi-- i like this fit. but is there a reason you opted against no-show socks?

And to be fair, I think the reason he posts his "experiments" is to receive feedback while trying to push his normal limits figuring out what works. I also seem to recall one fit where the pictures were pretty good that went over well... I assume it was too much to handle and he immediately smashed the camera afterwards.

it's because i can go either way with his fit but not in between.

to be frank, if you saw me in person, i'd be the first to admit that i'm basically the mafoofan of sw&d. my obsession with devoa is on par with foo's obsession with the one shoe and the one suit. i basicallly look like the man himself too...except i'm four inches taller and korean instead of chinese. :foo:

anyway, fuck you all. i'm a mada fada gentleman :foo:

idk, sometimes just nice to do different things. i kind of like the visual break the socks create, and them being black ties the shoes back into the rest of the fit.

also maybe a bit influenced by all the dudes i see around with their tank tops and bball shorts and mid-calf nike socks and sneaks.

angle of the pic does make them look a bit off, though, so i see where you're coming from

That's a good fit elisix. You seem comfortable and relaxed, despite your robo-posture.

Thanks Caveat. I've honestly tried to stay away a while and absorb everything I read from you guys months back. Still a lot to learn, and I'll likely always be more NYI than most of the other regulars with a more relaxed style, but I'll keep trying to make what I do wear 'fit'.

Regarding the posture/robotic stance, I think it must be this damn mirror. I use this mirror because it shows my leg length better. Most others make me look 2ft tall. A lot of the other fits I've posted in front of my work bathroom mirror, while not full body, show me in a much more relaxed state. Though I'm really not standing any different.

I posted a couple fits yesterday which are like that for comparison.

try downloading a timer app for your phone, propping it on something about chest height or higher, and then walk normally past it. As long as its in focus, that generally leads to much better pictures.

Hard to excuse the shoes. They're just too informal. Also, the pants don't look great either.

    I like the jacket though!

Top half is winning for sure.

Shoes as you say are the biggest issue.

something seems off in this fit, and I'd be grateful if one of you could tell me what it is.
