i had a feeling it was one of the older layer-0, good choice.... but yea your wardrobe is like 10k and thats for just a tuesday night huh

got the jacket on sale from a bit under 1k, boots were 700, tees and scarf from a trade, jeans 100 bucks.

He's been commenting on everything I've said in the most pitiful way. Maybe it gave me a false impression of who he is. I know most people here are awesome and cool. It's just the few most vocal members that act stupid.

Dude, it's all in good fun. It comes with posting a pic of her—her face was blurred, not her body. It's comes with the territory! You don't want opinions on things in photos you post on the internet? Don't post pictures on the internet! I mean, ****, if I posted pictures of myself and my girlfriend and you guys were like "OH SNAP SHE'S A TOTAL BABE YO," I wouldn't be like "That response is so disrespectful and immature, how dare you admire the female form. Don't talk about my girl, pretend she's not in the photos." I'd be like "Damn right!" I think anything anyone posts is fair game. I mean, you'd serious get offended if you posted a a pic of you with your girl and I said she was hot? Just doesn't compute on my end.

You wanna cut you gotta do it right <1600 per day NET not counting exercise so if you run and burn 200 cals then add 200 cals to eat
also you wanna eat >100g protein 20-25g of Fiber and <30g of refined sugars plus all of you vitamins and micronutrients potassium is a tough one so grab a banana a day

Cycle that for 3 weeks with 1 week of back to 1600 again <2000 all other restraints ceteris paribus

Do that twice you might even get the ultimate hagg 2%
