COLOR/SHOE ADVICE First... - Do the colors work? - Chucks or Chukkas (if either)? Also - The silk tie is probably too much for something so casual. I don't have any knits that would work with this so I'm wearing it anyway, but am curious about your thoughts. - Snapped on the way to the office. Sry. Not sure which is truer to color, so... It's a lot easier to tell if you are wearing the clothes. I'd say the colors work ok, but the tie might be a little formal with the jeans. But, the blue dots on the tie would go ok with the jeans. I'd say chukkas with the tie. If no tie, then go for the Chucks.

identity-x, I like the colors together but I agree with zissou that the silk tie is too much with something so casual. Go tie-less and with the Chucks.

You going sockless there? Doesn't the shoe chafe the back of your ankle?

nah i sized up a little so my feet would have breathing room, turns out the shoes don't chafe either.

Colors all work fine. I'd go with no tie and the chucks.

I like the washed out colors, not the monochrome

top half sucks. bottom half is unremarkable although i'm sure the pieces are very nice.
