I know that black shoes should be shunned these days, but does this look ok? This was for a casual dinner with friends.

Man, i didn't realize nudies had stitching like that. Am I the only person who never likes the way those deep indigo jeans never look good with anything black?

I've given up on indigo jeans period. Black and grey forever.

What colors of denim do you think look good with black?

It seems to me that dark denim goes well with black, since the somber color casts complement each other, while light-blue denim looks too casual to wear with black shoes/shirts/etc.

I'm guessing, though, that you dress with more...hipster aesthetic than most people? Just judging from your profile picture.

Is it a matter of taste, or did some deep revelation occur once your post count reached 5 digits? [IMG]

Even a well-worn pair of raw indigo denim looks good with black. I just don't have the patience to wait months and months of wearing dark raw jeans to get there. I'm glad more brands are waking up and putting out distressed jeans with believable fades.

Do you know what hipster means?

And for the record, I'm not sure I've ever seen Uncontrol wear indigo jeans.

Forum is awash with snarky misinformed noobs lately. Yes, moreso than usual.
