though I really have no reason to care if you ban him or not, being that his posts are no longer as entertaining as they once was (the first time or two), he was referencing the Molière quote about how one was dressed, and the word was the past participle of the verb fagoter = to do up. though he probably did distort it to suit his trolling needs
