Great Cardi - nice fit all round.
Fair comment - I think it looked better earlier in the day - the socks and pants have slipped a bit and the pant creasing doesn't help the way they hang.
I agree the boots need a bit of dulling down/wear but don't have a problem with the fit of the parka. I like it.
I like the cardigan. Maybe a tad longer would look even better (maybe try stretching it when damp) but it's no deal breaker.
I can't see that a tailor would have a problem slimming the sleeves. It might be just the angle, but for me the boots would benefit from a a slightly wider legged pant. - not a big issue though.
Following the Barbour discussion I dug out one of mine - Twill utility rather than waxed, but it copes with moderate showers when needed:

Just curious, roughly how big's your wardrobe MOK? It seems like almost every fit you're wearing completely new/different stuff?
