I would rather read Derrida than your posts, and that's really saying something.

    Are you mad?

I will never quote Derrida. I will, however, point out he is an idiot.

He is colon, pied noir, and Juif.....I am a Muslim wannabe, and in love with the Algerian culture...

He is Grammatologue and deconstructive, a slave to the past....I am creative, innovative, imaginative, free to mean to say what I mean to say...

He is hypocritical and French-loving.....I am honest and Britain-loving...

    He is an idiot.

Now you're saying you're smarter than Derrida.
But you have no idea where "you mad" came from, because you can't even type it correctly.
    Total popcorn thread.

State Plaza. I had to go down for work, and it was pretty much the only thing left in the District proper that wasn't $250+ (which is more than my employer prefers to pay for accommodations).

Also, here's a lousy WAYWT from the ugly bathroom in my suite:

Public transportation in Philly (SEPTA) is atrocious. You have two options for intra-city rail transport: the subway, which runs north-south along Broad St, or the El, which runs east-west along Market St before hanging a louie into sketchy, sketch Northeast Philly. Similarly, pretty much every bus line is only north-south or east-west, and most of them stop at pretty much every block. I've walked a mile and a half pretty much keeping pace with a SEPTA bus during evening rush hour. Also, it still uses tokens.

Relatively speaking, DC's system is pretty decent. The Metro covers a good chunk of the city, and while the buses are confusing, you can cover a decent amount of ground if you map your trip out in advance. I bitched about it a lot when I lived there, and it's got nothing on New York, but it's a damn sight better than Philly. Also, for no discernible reason, you can't plan your trip on Google Maps. I think DC is one of the few major cities that's like that.
