1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

You sound like a nice guy.

Stick around and try not to get too offended by (inevitably) over-harsh comments. Hopefully after a bit of exposure to some nice stuff you'll figure out something a bit better that will work for you.

Not really...I'd say the first fit is more like the bros from NJ out on South Street on a Saturday night, and the second one is more like the ex-frat boys out at the bars in Olde City.

"I like it, but I hope you don't have the waistband of your pants pulled up to your armpits."

the jeans are actually low rise (One of 2 I still wear in that rise) so I was unable to unfortunately

But stop rocking my pants close to my waist?

    never that [IMG] lol

good eye - the suit has lots of weird proportions. It is my most recent bespoke out of 10, and only the last 2 are wearable because the outside dimensions are correct, they're comfortable. The details within I've been playing with because well, I'm self conscious and I will probably do-over again in the next suit too.
The button stance is low on purpose, and the lapels were dialed in that way (I think they're 2.75" or 3") because frankly, I am not a tall nor large man, and I have a big head that doesn't really get helped when I put a pyramidal shirt collar at it's base; I felt that less lapel would give more visual expanse across the front shoulder span, and it does. I have been gaining a taste for wider lapels as the shirt collars grow wider though. I hadn't really made this suit to wear with the large Italian shirt collars originally; I could go for up to an extra 1/2" in those lapels next time.
The button stance I lowered by, you guessed it, about 1/2"-3/4" on purpose (and the jacket is maybe 1/2" longer in the skirt than they normally cut), because I wanted a bit more visual height and I like a long jacket look. I wanted the V-area to be kind of aggressively low with shirt showing to the sides. The pivot point around the middle is right and allows the jacket to fall without pulling, but I could go a bit higher too.

The real nitpick that you can't see; the pants are too low in rise for even my tastes. They are a prototype of the TOJ trousers and they're nice on their own, but just don't go with such a long jacket. If wearing as a suit like this they need at least another inch in rise, a lot, so the next go-around will have me tinkering with those a lot more. I tend to go for beltless trousers always, but next time around I will get hidden elastic in them as well.
