Positively, for the most part, which is due largely to the prevailing socio-cultural sentiment re: men's clothing in my neck of the woods, I imagine. People stare when you drape. "Mommy, I can see down that man's shirt," is a comment I heard the other day at a coffee shop. To be fair, I was bending over. But that doesn't mean it's okay for little girls to look at me like a piece of meat!

Haha then I guess it comes down to the question of what you like to wear versus what you look best in. I'd try your version of the MC thing for a hot minute, see where it takes you

Or he finally took his leather washing/drying too far and his authentic fakes rebelled by squeezing him to death when zipped and before crumbling into withered/dried out scraps to deny culpability.

Looks like being on vacation is affording me more time to take fit pics than normal.

Earlier today at the Vitra design museum.

Really overexposed pics and in retrospect, do not like the pants. Oh well.

Funny NOBD posts, b/c I thought that synth pic was a little NOBDesque.

Huh, I thought I had even made a post saying something along the lines of "Thanks for showing me up, NOBD," but I guess it didn't make it.

Looks great, but you're playing tricks on us acting like you took that picture right? Or is this the best mirror pic in the history of man? It does have the olympus colors, so maybe it's the latter.

Picking up my xz-1 tonight. Primarily for better quality, but still boring, waywt pics.

I guess you are either too young to remember a time before hipsters (there was indeed such a time, shortly after the dinosaurs were killed off), or you're attempting to create a logic loop where whatever I say, I can't get out of being a hipster. [IMG]

BTW, several of my friends are currently ROFLing at the notion that the concept, 'hipster', and a professor at a staid Canadian university in the middle of nowhere, are even being vaguely associated... maybe I should dig out some old skool trainers, roll up my skinny jeans, grab some ironic Ts, start wearing thick-rimmed glasses (with no lenses, natch) and start a 80s-influenced synth band to cement my newfound membership of a genuine subcultural youth group. This looks good, although I can't make out the pants too well due to the lighting.

Jacket is not too short, lapel not too wide, 2 roll 3 button or whatever MC calls it also looks fine.
