Biggskip, for what it's worth, I thought that looked good and I can imagine that it looked just fine in person, especially since you probably won't be pushing out your chest and holding your arms weird while walking normally. Only thing is to maybe sag your pants a tiny bit.

i think the biggest issue is that shirt is too small/4 inches too short. i think you're tall enough to wear shit like brooks brothers untucked. maybe try that out.

Tall guys can wear tapered pants. I'm 6'1" and have discarded all my old denim for the N&F weird guy cut, I wear them a tad looser then the standard sperm killing sizing down a zillion and I find it complements my height. Skin tight tapered denim will make you look stupid (regardless if you're tall or short), but a decent taper looks pretty good. When it comes to pants (not denim) I err a little more to the less tapered side (still tapered, but not as much as the WG cut, for example), but that's just me.

    I don't think he's 6'1, i think he's like 6'8. big difference.

Are they patent? They look like shit in the fit pic but look like a normal matte leather in the recent purchases thread...

Top half looks fine, the pants and shoes don't flatter at all. Take off the leather, change into pants that aren't hemmed(are they), than maybe it'll look alright.
