    I think if the bottommost part of the shirt extends below the crotch of your jeans/pants, then it's too long.

    I think halfway down the rise of my pants is where optimal shirt length is for me.

    Where m4x's shirt hits (which is a good fit, btw). Basically, it shouldn't be so short that your risk showing skin, and it shouldn't be so long that it hangs past your crotch.

    The shirt I'm wearing in my WAYWT is about as long as I'd wear a shirt untucked.

    edit: I think it should be "as long a shirt as I'd wear untucked."

    Not going to ever wear a tucked shirt and jeans and lol at hem length. Think those NdGs have a 8.5-9in rise, shirt fits maybe an inch lower than BoO
