Just a little bit of color (a scarf, a pocket lining, whatever) and I would think this was pretty perfect.

yes just do that, always good.

Finally taking the plunge and posting my first WAYWT picture (it's actually from Sunday night, though) Sorry for the shitty quality, when I was editing out my head I seemed to have messed up the contrast...

Happy 43,000th post, WAYWT Discussion Thread!

Sleeves seem a bit long on the blazer. I see nary a sliver of sleeve below the cuff on the right arm. Arms seem fairly slim, though.

I like this much better. Sleeves can be shorter. Also I don't like the big cuffs, >2'? on the pants. You are fairly slim guy, and big cuffs look weird on you for some reason.

So simple and so good. I'd like to dress like this. Looks like a look straight from the giuliano fujiwara lookbook.
    What are the sunglasses??

Glasses are Jean Lafont. I've gone years without a pair of sunglasses. Went to like 20 optometrists (I have a narrow face and I didn't want anything the least bit oversize so it was a bit of a challenge) and ended up with these.

I like platypus fits. He usually wears a simple/clean black t shirt with the best slim cut trousers, shoes, and jackets. I pretty much want all of his individual pieces even though i don't dress in black.

Thanks, if I stopped wearing black / mostly monochrome I'd want a lot of your pieces. I usually don't comment but you are always on point.

Just a little bit of color (a scarf, a pocket lining, whatever) and I would think this was pretty perfect.

At first glance, I read it as "pocket square" and I had a couple seconds of WTF. Oh, and the soles of the shoes are orange so...[IMG]

    Everyone else who commented: Thanks!

I don't think the colors gel from top to bottom (always harping on color I know).
Also the top curve of you glasses gives the appearance of a worried frown to your eyebrows.
    You need some happy glasses.

SVB, I gotta ask, what is the brand of that blazer, and what size? I've been scouring the nets for the perfect navy one, and haven't found anything.

    H&M, 34R

It's 100% cotton and almost entirely unlined. Very lightweight and good for summer.
