how do you achieve those cuffs? my own (hand-rolled) cuffes always turn out rather messy. like how clean they look
maybe it has to do with the tapering?

vb trench arrived 10 minutes ago. probably too long since it hits mid calf but i'm loving everything else about it. gotta figure out a way to wear it without looking ridiculous

lol that's probably true but all of my other shoes are either sold or in shoebox waiting to be sold or would jive with the coat even less...

it looks like a standard double cuff that's had time to settle in (form creases/flatten out)... pretty easy to achieve.

sneakers are fine with that coat. the length is pretty long though, needs a couple inches off. wouldn't hurt. Most of that stuff from 5-8 years ago is cut insanely long.

Gotcha, I thought it would have to be ironed or something. Come to think of it I always de-cuff my jeans at the end of the day for some strange reason..

Probably why the cuffs don't look good

thanks for the advice. hope a couple inches off wouldn't throw off the balance. there's a knit detail in the back though (see spoiler) and I'm not sure how easy that will be to tailor ... i guess worse case scenario i'll just keep it as it is and try to taper it towards the end?..

I don't follow your logic at all other than he's wearing glasses. And maybe the shirt.
