well color palette isn't helping much, nor the hat but I think it could work out if you went all black

Aeglus, I love your suit man. I have similar shoes, but I need a well fitting navy suit. I'm guessing that it is tailored? Really nice fit. Damn.

Weird, I think the jacket and pants work well together, they both have a similar washed-out tone and texture. The hat might be too black rather than more of a charcoal. Unbuttoned looks okay, but double the rivets since you have both sides of the snaps showing. I have only worn this fully buttoned or partly buttoned, it's tough to wear fencing anything undone.
