MoK SWAGGGGGGG. That is seriously awesome, though a golden khaki would've been awesome too, a little too much blue for my taste.

Great stuff again, Kent. I have to say I think the black watch and red flannels have such strong individual personalities that they fight for center stage. It's like serving turkey dinner with pot roast.

Those Doc Martens are oddly alluring.

I wish I could pull off white soled docs. You wear those well, ManofKent.

Cheers. I'm still struggling to find Chinos/Khaki's that fit reasonably well - large waist tends to equal baggy legs [IMG]

Thanks - I think it's the boots that knock the years off [IMG]

Thanks. Yes I know what you mean about the shirt and black watch. I've got a less bold red flannel shirt that might work better. Must look out for a solid red heavy twill shirt.
    too big or too long?
Mainly too big in the waist - managed to drop down from a 38 to a 36 jean (true 37.5). Hoping I can drop another inch. They're a tad long - a 31 leg would be better, but I can't be arsed getting cheap jeans taken up an inch.

Thanks. First pair of docs in twenty-years. I lived in them at university (generally with jeans and a fisherman smock, or combats and an aran sweater - something's going full-circle [IMG] ). I picked these up on www.javari.co.uk for £25 - decided it was worth the risk at that price [IMG]

I'll pile on on the MoK praise: that is your youngest-looking fit ever. Very fresh, looks great.

MOK, I would actually like your fit more if your jeans were an inch longer. It looks like the cuffs are hanging a little bit above your boots with no break. Still good though.

MoK, have you tried out the EG chinos? They might be a bit short for your taste but I love the fit—classic, very comfortable, not 'slim' but still tapered, for a very elegant look.

Thanks. I'm very much learning what works and what doesn't. My weekend wardrobe has been very much MC, or just bland for the past few years and I'm trying to break out of the rut.

Thanks - should have single cuffed them rather than going the double cuff.

No I haven't . How TTS is the waist sizing?

About an inch small. I'm a 31 and the 32s fit me like a dream. I got a pair of the khakis from justtemple and if I saw another color come by, I'd be hard-pressed to turn it down. The ones I have are the cinch pant"”cinch in the back, no drawstring in the hem.

Thanks - might see if I ca lose another inch before giving them a go.
