MMM

Nothing wrong, not a lot to say really other than fit on the jeans looks good.

T shirt is actually a slightly darker/less pinkish red than it appears here (at least on my monitor).

Does look a bit pink - I'm guessing it's closer to the sole stripe on the sneakers?

Not sure what you mean by too 'clean' but I can see why you might think that the fit of the T shirt is a bit tight.. It's kind of stretchy and sitting down emphasises that. This is an identical T shirt in a different colour, worn with the same jeans but standing up:

Wow, good eye.. it is indeed closer to the sole stripe red IRL.

^^this dude has to be trolling. If not, no one is interested in gap tee + levi's 514 fit. And barefoot, gross.

0b5 is definitely not a troll.

* * *

As some of you might have noticed, Friday is Challenge Day in MC.
The challenges are not restricted to MC, SW&D can play as well, for
instance in Friday's Challenge:

The Big styleforum...

8618tdkcommercial1982an.jpg

... Jacket* and Jeans Challenge

I'm apparently vain enough to post pictures of myself on
the Internet, but naming a challenge after myself is a bit
too much, even for me. So I gave it another name...

This is basically my daily uniform and I'm curious to see what
other people make of it. It's not really an SF approved look
(maybe it is aj_del approved), but the challenge is to make it
look good, like Andy here.

The * is important: by jacket I mean sports coat (or suit
coat...), and only that. By jeans I mean jeans, raw, medium,
well-done, whatever you like.

Have fun (or should I say: be educational) and good luck!

Oh yes, I don't really care what day of the week you wear
it, just post it on Friday. (Unless of course Spoo overrules me,
which he's fully entitled to"”thus, up to Spoo.)

Hope to see many 'contestants' (including SW&D guys,
so please climb over the fence for this one),

- NOBD

Hope to see some of you guys in the challenge.
Just post your pics in MC's WAYWRN on Friday. Thanks.

I know he posts good stuff in MC, but that does not exclude him from trolling over here

Your opinion of my feet notwithstanding (and I admit I wouldn't normally post a barefoot pic - it was just one I had handy with the right clothes), those aren't Levi's and the tee is not from Gap. Thanks for commenting.

Thanks NOBD... and finally, a Friday challenge I can take part in!

Finally finished moving. Maybe you can tell from this pic, but I don't live in a bootleg 80s apartment anymore (I'm also paying six times the rent..)

Nicelynice, you usually do it very good, but that one is just a clash of very nice individually pieces that doesnt work together.

IMO in most cases Rick Owens high-tops require more RO stuff to work

Hm, I can get behind a tassel loafer but you need a better trouser / jean fit for it to work. And there is something not quite right about the tie/ shirt/ shawl combination, altho individually they're all OK. A softer shirt, more contrast in the color of the cardigan, something like that.
