Also, i think proportions are relative to today. If you look at how people work jeans in the 50s-60s, which were high waisted, slim, and with the t-shirt tucked in, it still looked good. If someone posted a fit like that today, it might draw criticism. This is because we're used to seeing long, untucked shirts that drape down to the thigh.

This goes to the heart of the matter. You don't even have to go back to the 50s or 60s. It was the same in the 80s, as long as we are talking about classic looks.

Whoa, I completely knew that and was agreeing with you. Jesus, people on this forum are ridiculous. [IMG] I think that my tuck here is completely acceptable. Although, not a super interesting fit, fucked up a bit on one side for reasons we won't get into now...
Preface: no hate. You need to shorten those sleeves, too much armstack. And the tuck is coming undone a bit while the jeans are pulled past the belt on the other PS: Bruce Springsteen storytellers is on Palladia PPS: Y'allz gonna get hit with the b&hamma

jeez, his sleeve length is fine. Thats wrinkling, not stacking. And if that's a TOJ OCDB, these things wrinkle like hell at the arm.

In order for that to be from wrinkling the torso would be equally so

old pics with and without tuck

look at these 2 pics, my stubborn tuck happy friend ( please ignore man boobs)

accidental tuck, its actually worse as you cant see the whole body ( daughter cant take pics yet)

EDIT: yeh yeh i know i am a narcissist, had to post of pics of myself

sorry to quote my own pics, but i just want to reference the other pics

in this pic, my tee which is similar to the other one, but different color, has been totally stretched out due to my kids pulling on it, the jeans are the same as the other, but one size bigger

the tee isnt draping properly, and due to the stretching... it fucks up with my proportions, not to mention the fucked stacking and the jeans too loose around my hips

everything in that pic looks off

in conclusion i look that wag guy with the 34 inch chest

i chose similar pics for reference purposes

been a family man with 2 young kids who sit on my lap while eating their melting icecream, plus an active border collie that sits on my lap, soon adding a second one, i have realized that i need to be practical with my style

throw in sydney weather which doesnt allow for layering plus the fact that i am an exhibitionist , i soon realized that getting dressed in expensive gear is going to end up in tears

i am who i am....i love some of the stuff that you guys wear, even some of the gear on SZ, but its not me at this stage of my life

BTW no roids, would never touch the stuff, as i have seen it fuck up ppls minds too much
