Yeah those shoes look retarded, the stitching on the toe is horrible and the shape is awkward. I have a pair of Paul Smith Starr and love them:
Umm, I think allen edmonds park avenue would be more of his style. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...SIN=B000H1D53G It's a simple cap toe bal.

Park Avenues should be worn only by 50+ year old management types or those who aspire to be as boring as possible.

Park Aves are perfectly fine as a basic dress shoe. Maybe a little boring but I wouldn't call it old man looking (especially compared to a lot of things I see in the MC forum)

*wearing a pair of those at work right now*

Of course, I bought them mostly because I needed something basic, quickly, and they were more or less new for $40 shipped.

E Park Avenues are the Chucks of dress shoes. Never terribly interesting, but you can't go too far wrong with them. I am actually wearing a seven year old burgundy pair right now.

How about these rather than Park Avenues: http://www.pediwear.co.uk/loake/products/2967.php [IMG]
I see Pediwear but I just read Pedobear. [IMG] But yeah, Loakes are good. Slightly <PA's in terms of quality etc, but solid choice nonetheless

Recommendations on a good value P&S camera? I don't take pictures enough to warrant getting anything high end, but this Droid camera is pitiful.
