rule 2 eat an adequate amount of protein (1 to 1.5g per lb body weight) every day to prevent muscle loss

by the laws of thermodynamics if you follow those two rules you will lose weight.

some methods are more efficient than others, but they all have to follow those 2 rules.

As cool as a sweater featuring the ducks from Duck Hunt sounds you probably should have left it in your dad's drawer. I don't think you have the right shape to pull off flipping your cuffs, and I'm not sure flipping jean cuffs works. Also, are you wearing ballerina shoes?
