To steer away from all the Rolex/Omega etc. onslaught just a tiny bit:

^ Nice Reversos. What's the button for?

Lovely.
I always liked 14060 but since I have a 5513 already, I settled for an Explorer II that has since been phased out.

Both are nice - my dad has that Explorer. I have those two straps too, wearing the sub today on the black Nato :satisfied:

No need to have both a 5513 and a 14060 IMO. I actually prefer the aesthetics of a 5513 (though not the later ones with white gold markers) to the 14060, but I didn't know that in 1991. And I'm not sure I would have been as hard on a vintage 5513 as I've been on my 14060.

reversos are lovely...
is it established that one can switch out the black bay's bezel for a black pelagos one, as somebody said earlier? those two are the first 'new release' divers that i've wanted for a while.

can anyone (Cylon perhaps?) ;) note the models of the Reversos above (one with button and round sub-dial vs. the no button, rectangular sub-dial)?

Pay attention to the square small second dial.

the new one has all the numbers "facing up" whereas the linked one you have there has the numbers going around the dial.

I can't decide if I like one more than the other or just don't care.

minor detail, just throwing it out there!

Love this watch. Def on the short list :)

sadly, cant see any of those images here at work (I'm assuming because they are hotlinked and the firewall is making my life difficult) so I will have a look when I get home!!
