"Some of the early brass movement Octa Lune's experienced minor adjustment problems but Journe quickly fixed the problem. After the watch was sent for service in Geneva all the necessary modifications were made and returned back to the owner in perfect working condition. After transitioning to gold movements the Octa movement had been further refined improving reliability."

    The Zenith is really fantastic.

I really like their defy xtreme watches especially the non rose gold but unfortunately they are just too big for me at 46+ mm.

You have some interesting taste in watches my friend. First a radioactive green strap gold panerai, and now this.

The world would be a very boring place if we all agreed on what is art!

    Guys,

Some may have read my first post on this watch last year, some not. Quick briefing: this watch (H. Moser & Cie) belonged to my great-grandfather, and then my grandfather carried it with him through the entirety of WW2. When he gave it to me it had a crappy aftermarket steel link bracelet on it that I took off. The watch has fixed lugs, and is on the smaller side (33-34mm, but wears smaller). I am having a hard time finding a strap for it... I was thinking a Bund Strap that can somehow attach to the fixed lugs. Maybe something else? Please help me out with ideas/links. :D

Dear god please do not put that on a bund strap. There is no way that watch was meant to be paired with one, just look at those fluted lugs.

Dark brown reptile sans stitching I think would go best with that watch and its overall more formal design. There are lots of these on the 'bay suitable for fixed lugs.

If you want more concrete suggestions or links you need to include the lug width! :)

Thanks. I've noticed that local jewelers don't have nearly the selection that online sites have... and I am particular about stuff like this.

Well, I'm all ears. I was thinking Bund because it would give the watch some more "body" if you will. The lugs are 19mm.

find a place that sells luxury watches. one of the places here has offered on a few occasions to hook me up with custom strap orders for a few of my watches. find the dude in charge of the watches and pick his brain a bit. person to person interaction is the way i like to go for these types of things. but hey, thats just me.

    either way, good luck. :fonz:
