fucking bastard, and I mean that in the best way possible
I realize how many stacks that F.P Journe is, but it does nothing for me aesthetically.
which two do you have, i have been thinking whether i should go with a spring drive model or a mechanical. the power indicator on the SD somewhat bothers me (I really hope they make one without it in the future) however i really like the smooth sweeping second hand on the SD watches.
Very nice. Is this the pre Top Gun version?
I have these two:
One mechanical, one SD. The chrono on the SD was always going to be a bit busy, and I rather like the power reserve! PR do work well on some models - see my IWCs:
If you need some advice, gimme a shout.
my planet ocean with my walther and oakley ballistic eye wear
Unfortunately not. i have been on the 'hunt' for a pre-TG.
Are you mad? That Belle Époque styling makes me sweat when I look at it.
^ The Walther makes me sweat.
it was NOT loaded at the time the picture was taken
Beautiful watches...does the crown seem a little large on the one on the left?
Indeed a real beauty. FP Journe watches are really sublime.
Thanks for the kind words. The original watch being a pilot's watch was designed to be used with gloves,so this harks back to the original watch It makes for easy winding and IMO is one of the defining features of the big pilot
Wow, that is something Quark. A lovely watch.
