1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

+ 1. The 44mm Assman is nice, but hoped to see something more than new dials for a watch sneak previewed last year.

And as far as the SD, someone else mentioned it was also a tribute watch...

Yeah price is crazy for me but not for people who can afford it :)

Something tells me that in life this Rolex looks much better than on photos.

What do you guys think about the new Pano design? I really like how they slim the bezel.. This seriously might be my next watch.

I like these new hands and thinner bezel but IMO the dial doesn't look nearly as nice without the interlacing silver rings and edges

What they should really do is a steel Panomaticlunar with a gold moon. That would be the bees knees

Man, I really love the new PML and PMR, and this is from someone who ADORES the old PML. If this new one is my favorite, the old one is probably my second favorite.

I like the simpler dial on the PML. The rings just made it too busy for me.

Finally! Took me nearly a decade, but I finally managed to locate one of the Tom Ford for YSL Rive Gauche asymetrical watches. These were only made for one season before Ford was fired, and then Pilati (the new designer) promptly discontinued them. What a shame, as I thought they were some of the most attractive designer watches made in a long time.

They were produced either by Bedat or Boucheron (depending on who you ask), but in any case were made in better facilities than the usual Gucci Group timepieces. Ford intended them to be a staple of the YSl collections, in line with Hermes timepieces and entry-level Cartier. That never materialized! In any case, they are a nice watch and I'm thrilled FINALLY to have gotten one. :)

Here's a pic of the full range from the catalogue, which again was only produced for one season or so back in 2002-2003. It came in a range of movements and styles.
