Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but as a bond fan, I was hooked...

Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Quantum of Solace Ltd ed, with simulated Walther ppk pistol grip dial..

I think it looks exceptional. Well done.

I love this watch. What do you guys think of the Timefactors speedbird III. I am really considering it and I'm starting to prefer it to most of the fliegers out there.

    kaplan, that's beautiful.
i bought a speedbird III off tz on a whim and it's an absolute steal for the price. really well engineered- the bracelet in particular is in a different league from that on my sub.
case and dial are really impressive - add in the anti-magnetic core and eta movement and it's getting hard to justify flipping it to buy an IWC (which was my original intention).

    Thanks, guys.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the 6 o'clock date and the black date wheel. But I think the Speedbird I without the date looks great, especially with the longer, thinner 5 min markers, like on the IWC Mark XII. I have no idea how hard it is to find one of those, though.

I have one and like it a lot. Be aware that some people will mistake it for an IWC counterfeit though. [IMG]

Nice. No idea about servicing in your neck of the woods but pocket watches are generally easy to work on for an experienced watch repairer.

don't be ridiculous. The watch is only used for timing important events such as boiling of two eggs
