1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Cool watch. I like the double-wrap concept for ladies watches

Yeah, that was what sold her on the watch design (the single-wrap strap that came with it was just a bonus really). Apparently Margiela came up with the double-wrap idea while creative director at Hermes.

Yes guys you absolutely right. Thanks for your advice about band. I wear this watch pretty rare and didn't care about band.

Nice watch, but as others have stated, the band detracts from it. A croc in the proper size would look great.

My wife just bought her first mechanical watch, an Hermes Cape Cod automatic. She is really thrilled with it.

On a single-wrap natural barenia leather Hermes strap:

Could I just venture slightly off the specific issue and suggest with the utmost respect that she never wears that green nail polish again...ever. She has nice hands and the natural nail polish makes the whole look more classy and frankly beautiful.[IMG]

I have a thing for German watches, particularly Stowa's:

    Stowa Seatime:

    Stowa Marine Original:

Stowa Antea (Museum piece no.54/80 - silver dial):

Stowa Antea (As far as I am aware this is the only left handed antea and one of a very small number without a date):

I also have two limited edition precistas:

Speedbird III LE (no. 13/200), and Speedbird 1903 LE (no.94/100):

And of course the Submariner 14060 for everday use:

I have a Diesel right now but I'd love a Paneri. I just saw this Panerai's Luminor 1950 Equation of Time Tourbillon Titanio, but that will have to be a watch to aspire to. Panerai Luminor

Just picked this beauty up...can't wait to restore it! Anyone ever heard of a Breguet quartz movement? [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
