1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Ugh, Frilly, I prefer that you wouldn't use the "F" word in this thread. Do you think the TWAT princess would like to hear such talk?

OM "F" G - those last two pics of the TWAT Princess certainly showed me the error of my ways!

Here's a shot of my 42mm 338. Which I am very happy with as it is one of the few Titanium Radiomirs produced.I think it works well as both a dress/casual understated watch.
I am looking forward to seeing the similarly priced new Seamaster 300 Master in Titanium when it hits the Dealers at the end of the year.
A beautiful, elegant watch that caught my attention recently that can be picked up reasonably is the Junghans Meister.Simple, pure, form and function, that looks even better in the flesh than pictured.

I think Junghans are really good value, and I like the Max Bill line. But that one is undermined just a bit for me by the position of the small seconds dial - it makes it too obvious that the case is over-sized for the movement. Pity, it's a beautiful understated design.

I guess Christmas came early for TWAT...

And there's more, oh so much more. Don't click on unless you want to see her in all her glory. Links are dying fast, but new ones are posted on Reddit and 4chan. Reddit created this subreddit about the full leak event (tons of pics of other celebs): http://www.reddit.com/r/thefappening

    Spoilers dude!

In the mean time, here is something else with a charming duality:

I saw a picture of this online a while back, and was fortunate enough to find the RG version in the Piaget Boutique in Dubai. It's on the large side, but still elegant I think, and so whimsical and different: how to do a GMT? Add another watch. Yep, that'll do it. Does make it quite expensive though. One for the wish list maybe - even as a limited number, it seems these turn up pretty soon for 30-40% off either new or nearly new. It seems pretty sensible to never buy a new Piaget from the AD - GP, RD...how many others on that list?

Nuke, how about this instead of the Saxonia GMT? :)

Porsche 911 owners are a little too fanatical for me. I sometimes think that if Helios offered his chariot made of gold and able to cross the world in half a day to a 911 owner he would say "No thanks, it does not handle like a 911."

Of course Helios's son was Phaeton but that's another story.

I'm sorry TWAT brethren. I was perfectly aware of these developments but I couldn't post on TWAT as one hand was busy.

If the leak came from Justin Verlander's phone I have mixed feelings about whether I want to thank him profusely or if I want to pretend to reach out to shake his hand but then suddenly level him with an axe kick to the shoulder.

I saw the pics of Kate and I ve to say, I'm not impressed. [IMG] Massive bewbs but she's a "gordi-buena" (a girl that is a bit fat but still desirable, something like that) as we mexicans use to say. The difference is that some "gordi-buenas" have bigger butts than Kate.

Given that there were pics of other women on his phone as well, I suspect he's in for a good dumping.

Also I must say after seeing the pics that he's a bit sick. There's like porno level stuff in there, and why on earth would a same man do that stuff with someone he knows he's going to see again? Plus, er, um, selfies that he's got no grounds to be proud of.

Hahah. Just don't know what to make of it. Were they all from Verlander's phone? Was it a mishmash of images uploaded on imgur? Who knows. I mean, not that I actually saw any of these pics... Hahahah

Ooh very nice. I was fortunate to visit the Piaget factory a while back and see how these Double Jeus were made. The case work is pretty interesting.

I like that a lot, too. Pity about the plexiglass "crystal." Any idea of how it wears in real life?

No sorry ,I just saw it while window shopping.
I agree about the plexiglass, and that is the only thing that deters me personally.i have read elsewhere similar criticism regarding the second hand positioning, but that doesn't bother me.in fact I think it enhances the appearance as the concave really plays with the light.
