This is my first expensive watch. I choosed between a Panerai PAM164 and this Bvlgari Diagono 44mm and at least my decision went to the Bvlgari one. I love that design! What's your opinion to it?
I think that's a lovely watch. Congrats [IMG]

Too much Bulgari branding on it ... IMO

Really? I think the black lunette shows much more understatement than the silver ones, right?
If you wear the watch it's hard to see that's a Bvlagari lunette because it depends of the light. My friend told me... But i appreciate your opinion, thanks for it.

I shudder to think how much that costed. Anyways, you asked, I think the Panerai would have been 100x better, and I don't particularly like Panerai.

But you don't know what i paid for it... I got a very good price, the Panerai was too expensive at this time. But i know compared this ones the Panerai will be the better one, no question.

You'll notice there are some scuffs in this set - these have now been polished out:

Picked up another Versace/Ebel model (a "Bond Street" model purchased from SF member Osprey GUy) and have been enjoying it. I like the older Versace models as they are simple, classy, well made, and have just a TINY bit of flair that makes them fun.

Here's a few pics of a new custom Lum-Tec I have coming in. It has a phantom double AR crystal on it (basically it is tinted) with ridiculous lume. This watch has the same basic measurements of most Panerai (44mm across w/o crown and 24mm lugs). [IMG] [IMG]

someone just gave me an old manual zenith sporto from the 50s. looks like it has the original dial and all but it runs about 10 minutes slow per day. is this something that can be fixed with a quick tune up? if so how much does that run and would it be worth it?
