^ One of very few new watches I really like.

(Edit: Would still like to see how the date font of the '7' compares to the awesome font on the original Jumbo.)

Stunning AP.

Been looking into an AP RO but cannot decide between 15300 or 15400.

I've had this guy for about 3 years now and think it's about time to switch the strap. Any ideas for my daily wearer?

i like straps with rivets on pilot watches (i don't know if it is really traditional or what but I like the industrial look of it.). brown suede would also look good IMO. but looks like you want to go fancier rather than more casual. I personally would aim for something more rugged looking -- the alligator on that watch is just a bit of a mismatch for me, though I do like the color.

I understand what you mean about the mismatch, I think my love of medium brown or navy alligator straps may be clouding my judgement.

I know the feeling! For years it was my grail watch. Thankfully, it has exceeded all of my expectations!

Thanks Stitchy!

Thanks Tchoy,

I tried on the 15400 before choosing the 15202 Jumbo. The 15400 is very nice, and the thicker bracelet is good if someone is really tough on their watches. However, I really preferred the proportions and dial of the 15202 (along with the dark blue date wheel). Overall, the Jumbo is one of the best purchases I've ever made!
