One gotta go……thoughts?

Even considering what I just posted about the Sub/Speedy combo, the Tag is still the one to go.

One gotta go……thoughts?

Ironically, I was in Tourneau two weeks ago to look at another watch, and the sales rep recommended I look at Nomos -- you can imagine what I said! Interestingly, what most disturbed her, too, as your point, that their lack of a response to my concerns was the most serious issue. She was actually filing a complaint with them for me, which I appreciated, but I don't expect anything to come of it.Some of it may speak to the quality of lack thereof, but also what I find disturbing is the customer service - lack of contact/lack of follow up - essentially leaving the owner in the dark. Any watch (or other product) can have a problem/and or need a repair, but it is how the company handles it, and how good their repair department is at dealing with it that helps me determine if I would ever buy another product from them.
All good points. Here's a valid question: Has COVID diminished the need for a dress watch? I haven't been to a wedding in over a year. My tux is collecting dust. When I go to court, I do it by Zoom. Do we need dress watches anymore?
Thanks for all the replies......I'm not surprised at the feedback tbh. However, moving the TAG is dependent on my next purchase (SS Daytona), in which case the FOIS would go as well since I don't need 2 chronos. However, if I get a 36MM DD then I have some other decisions to make........**** never ends

It's not like the judge is going to be able to see what is hiding underneath my shirt cuff. So I don't think anyone needs a dress watch. It's all about wants.
Much the same for me- I've only noticed two judges wearing interesting watches, a guy wearing a Panerai and a woman wearing a rose gold Rolex.Actually, the only times I've noticed judges wearing interesting watches, both were on the bench and one was wearing a 16610LV Green/Kermit Submariner, and another time a judge was wearing a Panerai.
2nd time around cements it in the rotation ?Whichever way I go, this stays in the collection:

Basically.2nd time around cements it in the rotation ?
Are we just picking out of your collection? If so, I'd go Reverso, Rolex GMT and Daytona
I would pick the (non-ceramic) Daytona over the Speedy, if only because the Daytona will be much more difficult to buy later at a reasonable price. You can always buy a Speedy.@George Red Out of what I've seen you post here, I'd go with Speedy, Pepsi, and Reverso. Based on the statements you've made in the past about how much you love the Speedy, I think this is really more of a question of: "What two watches would best complement my Speedy in a 3-watch collection?"
They do say absence makes the heart grow fonderBasically.
