The things is, I think these actually sell really well. I've heard all the Bond editions are super popular with Omega's Asian market in particular. Not sure why, but...

no doubt it’s a fine time piece. Let it stand on its own without the cheesy branding. This is like those transformers stickers the factory puts on yellow Camaros.

The NTTD watch has all of the Bond branding on the back which makes it much nicer than a lot of the other Bond watches with the cheesy branding all over the face. That's also why the Spectre watch was so popular. Omega produced like 7007 units and the Spectre limited edition still sells at a premium.
