Hard not keep wearing the Geophysic, but on a week long work trip and perhaps my favorite simple pleasure of watch ownership is using the time changing functionality for its intended purpose and with three time zone changes on this trip, it was too hard to leave the Weltzeit at home.

The Speedmaster Professional or the First Omega in Space? What would you choose?

Pro unless you switch out the FOIS caseback with the Spiralwinder aftermarket caseback to reduce the thickness

This version was already available, it's not new. You can choose between roman numerals and indices.

Edit:
It was presented a year ago at Watches & Wonders 2022.
Incorrect. The LUMED baton hour markers AND LUMED hands is brand new. It’s the absolute perfect DD40. Like @Omega Male said, I wish they did this with the blue sunburst and white lacquer dials.

ALS released one watch that's unobtainable.

VC released one watch that no one gives a sh1t about.

Cartier had some nice releases but it's basically the same thing from prior years.

Patek releases are some real dogs so PBLB.

JLC did more Reversos so whatever. None of them are "wow that's cool".

Omega doesn't even do W&W anymore. Neither does AP but AP only has the RO, ROO, and now Code.
Perfect summary.

No, as I said, it was already available with some other options: https://www.rolex.com/watches/day-date/m228236-0012#/m228236-0012/dial.

If it were as you stated, it would have been advertised, no?

Not that it's so relevant, we can agree that it's a beautiful watch.

I would prefer this dial though, providing a certain understatement in an already flashy watch.

I haven't been around in a bit, but curious if the Foo NSO Cartier Tank ever happened.

It generally takes at least a year, and that is if there aren't any changes discussed as they reach certain points in the design process. I don't think it has been a year since Foo was discussing it here.

Professional every day. FOIS is really cool and does indeed wear smaller, but not by much, and I always feel it's really lacking that real Speedmaster vibe without the lyre lugs.
Also, way more legible with the white baton hands.
