    Watch is only like less than 2 min slow over a month so it runs much better. The polishing wasn't too bad and this was the very first servicing my watch had. They gave me all of the old parts that were replaced but no free swag so if I ever sold the watch I would have the original parts.

    I don't have any pictures of when it first got serviced since and now my watch is already nicked up as it's my daily watch.

    I have to disagree. I love my 300M (Spectre). I'm not sure what the value proposition is except delight, but it works for me.

    MSRP in the US is like $4100 for a brand new 300M so not too bad relatively speaking.

    I think there's certainly a lot of things to be had for 4k and below. Not sure a 300 would be on the list for me. I'd probably pick up a GO Senator 60s Square Chrono on the second hand market.

    Spectre has a lot going for it (bezel edge finishing, lollipop second hand, matte dial, etc. etc.) and it's nice to see Omega not issue a goofy Bond tie-in watch as they have done so many times. But that's the cool thing about this hobby. What sings to you, may not necessarily sing to me. I'm ok with that.

    And speaking of that sentiment .... @SteveH35: unique strap for a very unique watch.

    I'm going to be bringing mine in soon. While it is no longer my daily wearer, it is 16 years old now and should be looked after. The second hand has faded and I would like to have that replaced. I'm sure it could use a good lube job. :)

    I paid $1475.00 for mine out the door. Of course that was 16 years ago or so. :)

    @Keith T @firenze_rob Thanks guys!

    Lately I've been enamored with the pairing of watches and succulents. They make perfect backdrops for photos! Also I've put a bunch of new videos on youtube lately and wrote a new blog post yesterday -- check them out!

    Just picked up an IWC Da Vinci chrono ceramic - light and well built, the look takes some getting used to (was originally getting it for my dad), may like the 3777 better... What do you guys think?
