I too had a 177 and while I liked the sandwich dial on that well enough, I think you've got the best of both worlds there. To me, both dial types are cool and since I would prefer a sandwich for a Radiomir, if I also had a Luminor that would optimally have a sausage dial, just like you have there.

I've handled this exact watch and found it stunning, major congrats to you. Consider yourself lucky, many folks that have spent big $ with their AD and got on lists early won't see this for years. Rolex's insistence on games with allocation pieces is highly annoying.

Even if it takes me years this is almost surely my next watch as well. This/my no-date Sub/silver dial DJ is quite a trifecta IMO.

Anyone has a picture of 925 vs 925/1 for JLC MUT Moon? Got some picture from Chrono24 just want to verify.

I'm in the market for the same watch and I recently found out newer stock has the rose gold rotor that came in the geophysic true second. I want to purchase it with that rotor.

    1. I dont love either Bvlgari, but prefer the one in the second link of the two.

    2. That VC is surely fake.

    3. The new Daytona is so good. Personally prefer white dial. Like them 1M x more than previous gen.

I actually had no purchase history with this AD & honestly only got on their list about 3 weeks ago (9/29). My salesperson went to bat for me when a couple of people on the list ahead of me either flaked or passed on the purchase...I consider myself very lucky!

Thanks! As above, I do consider myself to be very lucky!

Thanks sir! I'll post as soon as I have it sized!

    Thanks!

I had a hard time deciding between the lack or white however I found that the white dial would compete against my BLNR for wrist time more so than the black dial will...if that makes sense?

If the primary concern of the members of this distinguished group was, making sense, we wouldn't be spending millions of dollars a year on watches.

    Congrats again, IGotld!

The black dial is definitely the way to go!

Sam Hober challis patterned wool tie. More burgundy in real life as compared with the picture.

Just got my first automatic chronograph - the Baume & Mercier Classima MOA8591.

Quick question: Is the large second hand only meant to sweep when the chronograph is being used? It seems to me that the small dial on the left is the standard second hand, that sweeps when the watch is in "standard mode". Is this correct? I would have thought that the large second hand would be the standard second hand, always sweeping, and the small one only sweeping during chrono use.
    Can someone clarify?

    Thanks in advance!
