1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

    Ok
I have to tell this story...
I was in SAMs Club here in Woodstock Ga
They have Beautiful IWC pilots something or another for 12k ...ok
The Sweep(?) hand was in the 1201 position not centered at 12.....??? WTF OVER?
An IWC horse whinnie horse shit ....

Maybe someone pressed the Chrono Start/Start real quick hence the positioning
However I am not gonna be the furry little pig that takes that risk
I'd rather bareback a cheerleader again. .... Well maybe that's not so bad as I Recall it wasn't. Hahahah

Gents, this guy is helping me count down the hours until I go close on my first home! Looking forward to being able to save up for a new watch now that I have this big expenditure under my belt!

@culverwood gets extra points for identifying the watch and the vendor.

It was indeed. Picked it up today.

I was in the market for a Pepsi GMT-II and also had my eye on a CPCP Tortue, but then this guy pops up. Although I've already got a steel Reverso GT I've always wanted a rose gold one with some complications, so I just couldn't resist. I'll keep the steel one too as it was my first proper watch and I'm very attached to it. It also wears very differently.

Will post some better pics when I get the chance - it's an absolutely stunning watch.

Thanks Dino. Here's another quick shot - I will post something better and report back on first impressions over the weekend.

I remember that although it is a similar size in plan to the GRUT it is quite a bit thicker. How does it wear?

It's thicker for sure but it wears well - doesn't feel too chunky. The picture above exacerbates it a bit.
