Thanks! It's the Pontos S diver released a couple of years ago, but our watch group Red Bar Crew collaborated with ML to make ten of these in PVD (design and color choices by good old Adam Craniotes). I believe all ten are spoken for, though. It sold for just under $4k.
How do people feel about the Cartier Drive? It's been making the rounds on all the blogs, but I suspect this is because of a heavy marketing push and not because of merit.
That said I really like the shape, although could go without the date window. In-house movement too

Great looking watch and a reasonable price. Congrats on your pickup and let me know if you ever want to let it go!
It does look good. But if we were playing "guess the maker of Frilly's new watch", that would have a taken a hell of a long time to get to.
I like Cariter, and its an interesting case shape, uses their in house movement also found in the Calibre, its very reasonably priced, but when I tried it on a few weeks ago it just didn't sing to me. This watch has a lot going for it, but I hate the date on it. I know this caliber is designed to use a date, but I would rather they closed the date window off and not use it and just give us Romans all around for a more harmonious look. I know Cartier felt giving it a date makes it more marketable to a broader audience, but if they were going to give it a date, I probably would have preferred it if they put the date between 4 and 5 the way they did on the old Santos Galbee XL. I just find the date cutting into part a small part of the 3 annoying. How do people feel about the Cartier Drive? It does wear larger, but that's likely because it is a 41mm case.Tyre-kicking this lunchtime at Austin Kaye in London. Wanted to try on a Tudor Black Bay they had in stock. I like the look but the case wore quite large for a 40mm watch and it felt a bit lightweight and insubstantial compared to my Explorer II.
Also tried a GMT Master and Seadweller while I was there.

Is your EXII on a bracelet? That will also play into the heft.
Yep. And the BB is a lot of watch for £2K. But I think if I'm going to go for a fun weekend watch to throw on with casual clothes I might stick with the original plan and save up for a Milgauss.
